  2. Certify from revenue Inspector
  3. Investigation report from
  4. Payment for relevant years
  5. Issuing extract copy of assessment
To be finish to your requested will be take about 2 Hours. If you must be submit all above document to proceed.

03. Legally insert to estimate your name or any endorsement

  1. Request of extract copy of the deed
  2. Certified from lawyer
  3. Submit the copy of deed and copy of the plane to revenue inspector
  4. Made the necessary payment
  5. Certify from secretary and approved from chairman
  6. Endorsement of request name on the relevant document(Time to time you need submitted copy of transfer deed and Extract copy)
To be finish to your requested will be take about 30 minute. If you must be submit all above document to proceed.

04. Issue to business License
  1. Complete application form
  2. Investigation report from revenue inspector
  3. Investigation report from public health inspector
  4. Certify from relevant document from medical officer of health
  5. Certify from relevant documents from secretary and approval from chairman
  6. Made the payment for Assessment and license

05. Foot bike License
